Last updated: July 2026 · MotionSleeve is operated by Afacture LLC ("we", "us").
MotionSleeve converts album artwork you upload into motion-artwork video files intended for submission to Apple Music via your music distributor. Uploading and previewing is free; rendering final files consumes purchased credits.
You must own, or hold sufficient rights to, any artwork you upload. You retain all rights to your artwork and to the motion files we generate from it — including commercial use. By uploading, you grant us the limited technical licence needed to process the artwork (including via third-party AI processing providers) and deliver your files. You are responsible for ensuring your artwork complies with your distributor's and Apple's content rules (for example, no Parental Advisory logos in motion artwork).
Credits are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. A credit is deducted only when a final render completes successfully; failed renders are not charged. Credits do not expire. Longer durations consume more credits, as shown before you render. Because rendering incurs real compute cost at the moment of generation, completed renders are non-refundable; if a rendered file fails Apple's technical specification, contact us and we will re-render or refund that render.
Rendered files are available to download for 7 days after completion. After that they are removed from storage; your original upload remains and you can re-render (a new render consumes a credit). Download and archive your files promptly.
No uploading content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or that you do not control. No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service (including circumventing preview limits). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Our files are engineered to meet Apple Music's published technical specifications, but acceptance of any submission is decided by Apple and your distributor. We cannot and do not guarantee editorial acceptance.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue from releases.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
